At Patisserie Irene, baking is more than just a business – it’s a true passion. 

I’m Irina, a professional pastry chef, mum of two boys, and originally from Latvia. With over 10 years of experience in patisserie, I’ve developed a deep love for creating desserts that not only taste incredible but also look beautifully refined.

What started as a personal passion has grown into a small-batch home bakery where every item is made with care, precision, and high-quality ingredients. My range includes delicate macarons, rich brownies and blondies, as well as handcrafted fillings like ganache, fruit confitures, lemon curd, and caramel sauce – all made from scratch.

I focus on balancing flavours, textures, and presentation, combining classic techniques with a modern, elegant touch. Each dessert is thoughtfully created to feel special, whether it’s a treat for yourself or something to share.
